| 摘 要： | 学生试教是高师院校教学中的一项重要工作.学生试教有利于缩短教育实习的适应期,提高高师学生做好教育实习工作的信心,实现理论与实践的有机结合.试教工作要制度化,培养高师学生的反思意识,解决教与学分离的问题,耐心指导,缓解压力,解决语言和语言转换的问题,板书问题,教学的细节问题.

| Abstract: | Students＇ experimental lesson is an important task in normal universities teaching.It＇s beneficial to shorten the adaptation period of education internship,thus to enhance students＇ confidence to do well in the education internship and the organic combination of theory and practice.It should be systematic.It＇s necessary to solve the transformation problems between language and language transformation,writing on blackboard,and teaching details by nurturing the reflection ability of students,solving the separation problem between teaching and studying,and guiding them patiently. |
