河南省大学生课外体育活动现状的调查研究

课外体育活动是实现学校体育目的任务的重要途径之一,它与体育课相辅相成,是学校体育不可缺少的组织形式.课外体育活动开展的好坏,对学生身心健康发展有着至关重要的影响.本文运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对河南省大学生课外体育活动情况进行了调查分析.旨在系统了解大学生参加课外体育活动现状并发现存在的问题,提出相应对策,为进一步深化学校体育改革提供参考依据.

A Survey on the Present Situation about Students' Physical Activities after Class in Henan Province

Physical activities after class is a very important way to realize the aim and assignment of physical education. It is also an indispensable organizing form for the physical education because they supplement each other. Whether the development of the physical activities after class is stand or fall, it has the vital effect on the students' health of body and mind. The survey on the present situation about students' physical activities after class in Henan province was studies based on social investigation, documentation research and statistic research. The survey was made to find out the present situation and existing problems in university students' physical activities after class so to raise corresponded countermeasure and provide basis for further reform of school sports in China.
