基于自适应神经模糊推理系统的非线性系统辨识与仿真

摘    要:针对非线性系统的模糊性、不确定性等特点,将模糊推理系统和神经网络相结合,介绍了一种自适应神经模糊推理系统,并将其应用于非线性系统辨识中,仿真结果表明:训练后的ANFIS能够很好地逼近实际的非线性系统,并且辨识精度高。

Abstract:For the characteristics of fuzziness,indeterminacy etc.in nonlinear systems,this paper,combining fuzzy inference system with neural network,introduces the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANIFS) and its applications in the identification for nonlinear system.The simulation results show that the trained ANFIS can simulate the actual nonlinear system very well with high accuracy.
