| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析双圆弧齿廓弧齿锥齿轮的产形面接触弧上点的啮合过程,推导了该齿轮副的啮合重迭系数的计算公式,还提出了双点啮合相对啮合度的概念及其计算公式,从而可以方便地求得这种齿轮同时啮合的齿数及接触点数。

| Abstract: | With the contact ratio defined for a pair of mating spiral bevel gears with double-circular tooth profile, the calculation formulae of contact ratio are derived analyzing the meshing process of points on the contact arc between two generating flanks. A concept of the relative mesh ratio of two meshing points is suggested with a calculation formula given in order to obtain easily the number of teeth and the number of contact points in simultaneous mesh. |
