| 摘 要： | 诉讼证明目的因案件性质不同、诉讼证明主体的职责不同、利益诉求不同,其具体证明目的也不同,但不同诉讼证明主体最终都是为了案件事实真相的发现,使案件得到公正地处理。诉讼证明目的之确定依据包括哲学依据、法理依据和主体依据。

| Abstract: | Aims of proof might be different in accordance with the different nature of the cases, functions of the subjects, and the benefits of appeals. However, the fundamental aim of each subject of proof is to help discover the truth and fairly settle the cases. The determining factors for the aims of proof include philosophical, legal and subjective ones. |
