| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于遗传算法的模糊RBF神经网络学习算法.采用遗传算法对模糊RBF神经网络需要调整的参数进行优化，再将遗传算法优化的各参数结果作为模糊RBF神经网络各个参数的初始值，并结合梯度下降法对网络的各参数进行动态调整.在对非线性函数逼近的仿真中，仿真结果验证了优化后的模糊RBF神经网络具有更高的精度及强鲁棒性.
