| Abstract: | The developing history of pressure cooker and how it works were introduced in the paper.The equation of state of real gas was established by using kinetic theory of gases and Virial theorem respectively.The thermodynamics theory was applied to compute the air pressure of pressure cooker,and the necessity of proper and safe use of pressure cooker was discussed. |
