| 摘 要： | 疾病研究和新药开发依赖于有效的实验性动物模型的建立和应用。该文阐述了目前在药理学研究中常用的几类抑郁症动物模型,并对模型建立的原理及其应用作了介绍,对未来发展抑郁症动物模型提出了一些设想。
