| Abstract: | In this parer, a two-species predator-prey systemis discussed.The exitence and uniqueness of solution are given first by the method of upper and lower solutions, then the dynamic of coupled system of semihnear parabolic equations with distributing time delays are investigated using eigenvalue analysis. The local asymptotic behavior of solutions is given. |
