| 摘 要： | 通过局部应力-应变分析,阐明了载荷顺序对疲劳累积损伤的影响,它不仅取决于载荷历程本身,还与承载零件的几何特征有关。在此基础上,提出了一个能切实反应载荷顺序影响的简化复杂载荷历程的方法,通过对过载产生的残余应力的定量计算,着重分析了由于不同应力水平的载荷循环之间的相互作用引起的损伤加剧或减缓效应。

| Abstract: | By means of the local stress-strain analysis, a simplifying method for com-plex load history is proposed, based on the concept that the effect of loadingsequence on cumulative fatigue damage is not only dependent on the complexload history itself, but also related to the geometry of the load- bearing member.The method can thus reflect the effect of the loading sequence. In particularthe effect of damage accelerating or relieving results from the interactionbetween load cycles is analyzed by quantitatively calculating residual stressproduced by overload cycle. |
