摘    要:对多孔冲裁过程尤其厚板多冲裁中时常发生的凸模受力断裂问题和零件孔距增大问题进行了理论分析,认为冲裁过程中冲裁力与凸、凹模之间的间隙所产生的力矩是其主要原因。结合实例,提出了具体的防范措施,如使用弹性退料板,加强凸模固定部分与工作部分的光滑过渡等措施,可有效地延长模具的使用寿命;适当减小模具设计孔距可提高零件的孔距精度。

Abstract:According to the problems of punch rupture and row pitch augmentation during the process of porous punching,especially for coarse plate,this paper theoretically analyses the cause and points out that it is the moment resulted from clearance between punch and die that causes the series of problems.Based on the practical application,some protection measures are put forward to solve the problems,such as the application of elastic board,enhancing the glazed transition between the fixed and the working parts which can prolong the die service life effectively.Decreasing the die row pitch properly can improve the precision of article row pitch.
