| 摘 要： | 本文对某硝基氯苯生产装置的紧急停车系统控制的问题,采用霍尼韦尔公司的FSC故障安全控制系统的硬件、软件结构,及功能模块和组态软件,实现实际硝基氯苯生产装置的FSC安全停车控制。阐述了FSC系统的构成、联锁控制方案及系统的配置,介绍了该系统FSC系统的性能,对氯碱行业生产具有一定的借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | The emergency shut down system under the control of problem the main body of a book is produced to some nitro-chlorobenzenes,adopt the Honeywell inc FSC fail safe control systematic hardware,software structure,the function module and the group state software,realize and the actual nitro-chlorobenzene producing the device FSC safety parking controlling.Formation,interlinking having set forth FSC system control the scheme and systematic allocation,the function having introduced that system FSC systematically,the value pair of chlorine alkali industry is produced having certain drawing lessons. |
