微卫星标记预警实验红鲫对苯酚遗传毒性响应的研究

摘    要:摘要: 目的探讨微卫星标记预警实验红鲫对苯酚遗传毒性的响应。方法选择5 个微卫星标记,观察4 个苯酚 染毒组经8 d 染毒实验,苯酚对实验红鲫C1HD 系微卫星多态性的影响。结果苯酚在实验红鲫C1HD 系体内的 富集提高了基因杂合度( H) 、基因多态性信息含量( PIC) 等群体遗传学指数。在1 /8 LC50苯酚浓度组染毒第6 天,基因杂合度( H = 0. 15 ± 0. 19) 和基因多态性信息含量( PIC = 0. 42) 均达到峰值。结论体内富集一定浓度的苯酚可致实验红鲫C1HD 系微卫星多态性改变。微卫星基因杂合度( H) 和多态性信息含量( PIC) 随苯酚染毒时间的延长和富集量的增加而升高。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To study the microsatellite markers of early warning on the response of genotoxicity of phenol in red crucian carp C1HD. Method The red crucian carp C1HD were divided into 4 exposure groups and 1 control group and choose 5 microsatellite markers to study the effect of phenol on the microsatellite polymorphism after exposed to different concentration phenol for 8 d. Result The indexes were increased by the enrichment of phenol in red crucian carp C1HD,such as the gene heterozygosity ( H) ,gene polymorphism content ( PIC) ,and so on. In the 8th day,the gene heterozygosity ( H = 0. 13 ± 0. 19) reached the peak value after exposed to thephenol of 1 /2 LC50And in the 6th day,the gene polymorphism content( PIC = 0. 42) reached the peak value after exposed to the phenol of 1 /8 LC50 . Conclusion The microsatellite polymorphism will be changed in the red crucian carp C1HD after phenol was enriched to a certain concentration. The microsatellite heterozygosity ( H) and polymorphism information content ( PIC) will be increased with the enrichment of phenol and the extension of exposure time.
