| 摘 要： | "西部大开发"战略的贯彻落实,是西部地区千载难逢的发展机遇.然而,在西部发展的诸多制约因素中,西部图书情报事业发展滞后,信息匮乏是一个重要的方面.分析了西部地区图书馆存在的问题,提出了当前形势下西部地区图书馆建设应采取的对策.

| Abstract: | The implementation of "West Development" strategy is a good development opportunity for western regions. Among the various constraints in western development,it is one of the important aspects that the library and information career development lags behind,and information is in great shortage. This paper analyses the existing library problems in western regions,and puts forward some measures for library construction under the current situation of the western regions. |
