| 摘 要： | 从应用的角度介绍ANP（网络层次分析法）应用软件－超级决策软件系统，并利用该软件对水利水电项目导流施工方案进行评价。用同一组数据分别对ANP和AHP模型进行计算，出现了倒序现象。因此是否考虑系统内部元素间的反馈和依存关系将直接影响备选方案的排序。作者尝试性地应用该软件，说明ANP方法作为一种决策方法是可以用于工程实际的。

| Abstract: | In the view of application, the paper introduces the ANP super decision software, meanwhile use the software to evaluate the construction plan in hydroelectric power project. For rank becomes reversed when calculating AHP model and ANP model with the same data, it proves the priority of the plan has the directly connection with the model whether considering dependence and feedback of elements or not. As a decision method, the ANP theory can be used in practical engineering with the help of the software. |
