基于PLC控制的变频调速双恒压系统简介

将消防供水系统和生活供水系统结合统一,采用PLC控制和变频器设计了变频调速双恒压供水系统。生活供水时低恒压值运行,消防供水时高恒压值运行,根据负载变化自动调节水泵电机转速增加或减少投入运行的水泵电机的台数来实现恒压,有效避免了人工操作的繁杂性,提高了供水的质量和可靠性,更能降低供水成本。

Double-isobaric Variable Frequency Speed Regulating System Based on PLC Controlling

Combined with fire water system and domestic water system,variable frequency speed regulating double-isobaric wa-ter supply system is designed by PLC control and converter.The system runs at low constant pressure when water supply for living,and runs at high constant pressure when water supply for fire protection.It regulates the speed of pump motors,increases or reduces the number of running pump motors according to load changing in order to keep the pressure constant which avoids complexity of manual work,improves the quality and reliability of water supply,and reduces costs of water supply.
