Abstract:The casting process and heat treatment of slurry pump s paddle wheel made of high chromium cast iron have been studied and the wear resistence and impact toughness of the cast iron have been tested. The examning results of the chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties have shown that it is feasible to make slurry pump s paddle wheel of high chromium cast iron.
