| 摘 要： | 通过大量的调查研究,分析了社区管理与服务专业的现有人才结构、需求状况以及社区对人才培养模式、课程设计等方面的诉求。该专业的定位与课程设计应充分体现专业的特殊性,拓宽实训基地建设与开发的思路,体现管理与服务的双向性。

| Abstract: | With numerous surveys and study, this paper analyzes the present structures and need of the professional talents in community management and service, community personnel training mode, and curriculum design. Professional particularity should be fully embodied in specialty orientation and teaching. The thoughts in building and developing the training bases should be broadened to reflect the two-way interaction between management and services. |
