远程开放教育中隐性知识的教学研究

摘    要:远程开放教育中一般缺少教师和学生面对面的沟通交流,这给隐性知识的教学带来很大的困难。从远程开放教学和隐性知识的特点来看,远程开放教育的9个教学环节都存在隐性知识,因此,在远程开放教育中,教师必须重视隐性知识,尽量使隐性知识显性化,重视学生的实践,在教学环节中运用提出问题、组织内容、呈现内容、学习指导等多种途径,以解决隐性知识的教学难题。

Abstract:There is less face-to-face communication in the long-distance open education, which makes more difficulty in tacit knowledge teaching. The paper analyzes the characteristics of open education and tacit knowledge, finds tacit knowledge existing in in nine processes of the long-distance open education, then points out four solutions to the problems, including teachers' taking tacit knowledge seriously, explicating tacit knowledge, paying at- tention to practice and long-distance open education processes.
