基于路用性能的最佳配合比灰色关联分析

摘    要:以优选混合料最佳配合比设计为目的,通过设计集料级配,确定水泥粉煤灰和外加剂的最佳比例,并采用体积设计法对水泥粉煤混合料进行配合比设计;研究了水泥粉煤灰混合料的强度、刚度、抗收缩和抗冲刷性能随水泥粉煤灰比例的变化规律,并采用基于综合路用性能的灰色关联优选最佳配合比。研究结果表明:水泥粉煤灰比例增加时,混合料的力学性能提高,抗冲刷性能和抗收缩性能均降低;混合料的综合路用性能随着水泥粉煤灰比例的增加而降低,加入Na2CO3能提高混合料的综合路用性能,而石灰的加入则使综合路用性能降低;在满足路用性能最低要求值的基础上,可适当降低水泥粉煤灰比例,以提高综合路用性能。
