摘    要:为了使旋转法得到更好的应用,对旋转法的多点切触加工特性进行了深入分析,提出了特征点和特征参数线的概念.在此基础上,提出了适用于旋转法的特征参数线刀轨规划算法,首先利用旋转法确定圆环面刀具的最优刀位,然后通过迭代判断使下一条刀路的左特征参数线和当前刀路的右特征参数线在精度范围内重合,并由此实现刀轨的编排.算例表明,特征参数线刀轨规划算法可有效产生光顺无干涉的刀路,可充分利用旋转法加工带宽的优势,与等参数线法相比,其加工效率得到了明显的提高.

Abstract:To acquire better applications for the rotary method,the multi-point contact property is deeply analyzed,the concept of the characteristic point and the characteristic parameter curve are presented.Then the characteristic parameter curve tool path planning method is developed.The essentiality is determining the optimal tool positions of the toroidal cutter to make the left characteristic parameter curve of the next path being collinear with the right characteristic parameter curve of the current path under the given precision by iterative computation.Finally,the tool paths are completely arranged.An example shows that the characteristic parameter curve tool path planning method enables to generate the smooth and interfere-free tool paths and improve the actual machining efficiency because it gains the advantages of machining strip width over iso-parametric method.
