| 摘 要： | 在我国当下的政治生活和社会生活中,建立一套新的公共政治生活伦理极为必要.而作为公共政治理念核心的现代国家观念,却是源自西方的民族国家理念,必须经中国实践的具体梳理才能对中国的政治发展起到积极的作用.本文试图通过对一直以来困扰政治学研究的国家定位、政府定位等问题做一梳理,并探求国家观念现代化的具体路径,以求用观念上的突破达致实践中的进步.
