液压站噪音产生的原因与降噪措施

摘    要:噪音是液压系统常见故障之一,长期以来液压系统设计者多从消除振动,添加节流阀、脉动消减器,加强维护监控等方面来降低噪音.液压站是工业液压系统的重要组成部分,也是噪音的重要来源.从液压站结构入手,分析液压站噪音产生原因、从液压站设计角度提出降低液压站噪音的具体控制方法.

Abstract:Noise is a frequent fault of hydraulic system. For a long time, the designers reduced the noise often by eliminating vibration, adding throttles and exhausts, strengthening maintenance and inspecting, etc. The hydraulic power unit is a very important part of industrial hydraulic system, and also an important noise source. In this paper, based on the structure analysis of the hydraulic power unit, the causation of noises produced by the hydraulic power unit is discussed, and the measures to reduce the noises are introduced from the design of hydraulic power unit.
