Abstract:On the condition of ensuring qualities of products, how to reduce comsumption of energy during the process of freezing drying of food is discussed from aspects of technology, equipment,mechanism of freezing drying, ect. In this paper, measures in economy of energy during the proess of freezing drying of food are also discussed .
