| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育要步入健康发展的轨道，要解决的问题很多，从高等职教内部讲，促进择业观念向市场意识转变是十分重要，要使高职学生变被动就业为主动择业。为此，必须建立重技能、促就业的创新教育机制，积极探索创业教育的新途径，密切结合职业技术人才市场需求，培养心理适应能力强、职业技术精的创业型技术人才。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of advancing higher vocational education in China,together with the changes of employment market,there have been some problems to be dealt with,such as students'perspectives of job-searching,m echanism of education,pioneering of education,and so on.This paper discusses the issues of focusing on establishing mechanism of pioneering education,and the ways of cultivating students with qualities of good psycho-adaptability and mastery professional techniques. |
