端基附壁环行链构象理论统计

摘    要:运用Monte Carlo方法对端基附壁环行链进行了构象统计,统计模型采用立方格子自避行走,计算了链长为3~19的构象总数和链长一定时不同高度含有的构象数量.结果发现随着链长的增加,其构象总数、在相同高度的构象数量均呈增大趋势且它们的渐进关系相似;最高构象数量与链长存在一定的变化关系.

Abstract:The topic is mainly about the statistical conformation of polymer loop chain by Mote Carlo simulation method.The statistical model adopt self-avoiding walk in a cube lattice model.We get the total conformation of the chain joint amount form 3-19 and statistic the chain joint amount of all the conformation at the different height.It is found from the theoretical analysis that the total conformation and the different height conformation are increasing with the chain joint amount adding and their increasing relation is resemble.We also find that the amount of the highest conformation change with the chain joint.
