水解-Cu(Ⅱ)沉淀间接原子吸收法测定头孢氨苄

摘    要:基于在pH4.0~5.4醋酸钠介质中,头孢氨苄于100℃下的水解产物能定量与Cu(Ⅱ)作用生成沉淀,测定反应后剩余的Cu(Ⅱ),可间接测定头孢氨苄.方法操作简便,重现性好,线性范围5~300 mg/L,回收率为98%~105%.测定结果与药典法比较基本一致.

Abstract:A new indirect method for the determination of cephalexin in cephalexin capsules by atomic absorption spectrometry is discussed in this paper. The determination is based on the precipitation of cephalexin degradation with copper salt in the presence of pH4. 0 - 5.4 sodium acetate and measurement of the excess free copper. The proposed method proved to be convenint,less in interference and the calibration graph is linear over the range of 5 - 300mg/L cephalexin, the recovery is hetwcen 98 -105%.
