| 摘 要： | 根据总部在士官教育教学领域改革的要求，部队给院校下达了培养“双师型”教员的任务，并明确要求士官教育要建立以“双师型”教员为骨干的教员队伍。针对士官院校培养“双师型”教员面临的主要问题，依据院校及教员的实际情况，提出了提升“双师型”教员教学能力的策略。

| Abstract: | According to reform requests of the superior in the field of petty officer’s education, schools are given a mission to bring up dual-qualified teacher who will be the main parts of teachers in petty officer’s education. According to several main questions on dual-qualified teacher’s training, some measures to improve teaching ability are proposed in this paper based on practicality of college and teacher. |
