摘    要:选取了市售的聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)和自制聚合硫酸铁铝(PAFS)4种常用混凝剂对重庆某印染废水进行试验,探讨了混凝剂种类、废水pH值对印染废水脱色、COD去除效果的影响;考察了自制PAFS投加量、助凝剂投加量对印染废水的脱色、COD去除效果的影响;结果表明:4种混凝剂的混凝效果排序为:PAFS>PAFC>PFS>PAC;在不调节原水pH的条件下,PAFS投机量为0.3 g/L时,印染废水的COD和色度分别达到最高为82.8%和86.6%;在此基础上再加入助凝剂的用量为4 mg/L时,印染废水的COD和色度最高分别达到95.8%和96.6%.

Abstract:This paper conducts the experiment on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in Chongqing by four usual coagulants sold in market such as polyaluminum chloride iron ( PACI), polymeric ferric sulfate ( PFS), polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and self-made polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate ( PAFS), discusses the influence of coagulant types and wastewater pH value on the wastewater decolorization and COD removal effect, and finally examines the influence of the~ increase of self-made PAFS and coagulant aids on the decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater and COD removal effect. Results show that the coagulation effect of the four coagulants is PAFS〉PACI〉PFS〉PAC ,that without adjusting raw water pH value,when PAFS dosage was 0.3 g/L, the highest COD removal effect and decolorization effect of printing and dyeing wastewater were 82.8 percent and 86.6 percent respectively, based on this, after adding more coagulant aids to 4mg/L, the highest COD removal effect and the decolorization effect of the wastewater were 95.8 percent and 96.6 percent respectively.
