摘    要:本文对二次浇注法浮雕全息图复制工艺作系统研究,包括对二次浇注体材料的选择,浇注工艺设计以及复制转移效率等技术参数的测定.实现了用浇注工艺复制10001p/mm以上的浮雕全息图复制以及在异形曲表面和布基材料的全息图复制,达到基本实用的水平.

Abstract:A method of duplication for relief holograms by the way of twice pours is shown in thispaper. It includes selecting the medium of pouring and designing of the processing. The parametersof holographic transfer efficiency are measured in this paper, and the spatial frequency of hologramduplication is more than 1 000 lp/mm. The holograms duplicated on the unregular surface and thesubtrate of fabric also can be obtained using this method. It has been demonstrated experimentallythat the method of duplication has a high value of application.
