| Abstract: | In the west ,as a new judicial system of disputes settlement ,criminal reconciliation has its own origin, the social background and the theoretical foundation., Mature practice models and concrete practices of criminal reconciliation has been existed in major western countries, such as France, Germany ,the United Kingdom and etc. This article will introduce each of these contents. |
