| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了《公民权利和政治权利国际公约》确立的刑事诉讼国际准则 ,并将我国刑事诉讼法与之作了简要的比较。在此基础上 ,阐述了完善我国刑事诉讼的立法构想 ,以期对刑事诉讼法的修改起到一定的借鉴作用。 |

| Abstract: | By analysing the international criminal procedure principles which "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights" established, and comparing them with our country's Criminal Procedure Law,we find the main disparities and offer a conception of improving the legislation of our criminal procedure, which may play a reference role in amending it. |
