| 摘 要： | 学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分，体育课是学校体育教育的主要手段和基本组织形式，体育课教学的内容应从学生实际出发，选择简单易行，群众基础好，趣味性强，顺应时代发展，能体现学生个性的项目，促使学生身心全面发展。
