| 摘 要： | 本文针对ZJ-32Ⅱ型钻机井架和底座的具体构造和传力特点,提出一种对其底座进行强度计算的简化力学模型。这是一个支承于刚性基础上的平面刚架模型。文中对这一模型的可行性进行了理论上的探讨,并提供了实际计算和其真实工作状况的有关资料。这一模型可极大地简化计算工作,但却不致引起过大的误差,而且偏于安全。文中并简要讨论了极限分析方法在底座设计中的应用及局部应力等问题。

| Abstract: | A simplified mechanics model for computing the strength of the substructure of Type ZJ-32II drilling machine is suggested according to characteristics of the concrete structure of and force-transference in the derrick and substructure. This model is of a plane frame set on a rigid base. The feasibility of this model is proved theoretically and the data from its practical computation and real perfomance are presented .Computation based on this model can be considerably simplified without excessive error and inclines to the safe side. Application of theory of limit analysis in design of the substructure and problems about the local stress in it are briefly discussed. |
