穿甲弹侵彻铝合金靶板数值模拟研究

摘    要:在非线性显示动力分析有限元程序LS-DYNA中,采用Lagrange算法,靶板材料选择适合金属侵彻问题的Johnson-Cook模型和Gruneisen状态方程,建立了穿甲弹侵彻2519A-T87铝合金靶板的四分之一有限元模型.通过穿甲弹侵彻靶板的模拟结果,分析靶板在穿甲过程中的温度和剪切应力的分布及变化规律,为揭示铝合金的绝热剪切带的形成机理提供依据.

Abstract:In nonlinear explicit dynamic finite element code of LS-DYNA, the quarter finite element model is created by taking the Lagrange algorithm and selecting the Gruneisen state equation and the Johnson-Cook material model which was compatible with metal penetrating problem for 2519A-T87 aluminum alloy target penetrated by projectile. Through the simulation result of penetrating, the distribution and change in temperature and shear stress are analyzed in the target during the process of penetration, which can provides us sound basis of the formation mechanism of adiabatic shear bands for aluminum alloy.
