| Abstract: | According to the nuclear schroedinger equation, the expression of the wave functions, which is depend upon the rotational quantum numbers has been obtained, as we related to rotational factors. Then we can calculated the important parameter Franck-Condon factors which have to do with rotateing degree of freedom. |
