| 摘 要： | 合成了三个双酰硫脲类化合物:1,2-双(3-乙酰硫脲基)苯(简称BTB);4,4＇-双(乙酰硫脲基)二苯甲烷(简称DBEB);1,6-己二酰-(双-(3-苯基硫脲)〕(简称HTN)。其中DBTB为一新化合物。对它们作了详细的红外光谱指认、电子光谱和核磁共振＇HNMR分析及元素分析和热分析。结果表明,固态时都以酮式存在,且BTB存在分子内氢键,在吡啶溶液中都以烯醇式存在且含分子内氢键。

| Abstract: | Three diacyl thiourea compounds were synthesized: 1, 2-di ( 3-acetylthioureido) benzene ( BTB); 4, 4'-di ( Acetylthioureido) diphenyl methane ( DBTB); adipic C di- ( 3-phenylthiourea) ] ( HTN) . DBTB is a new compound, They are detailedly characterized by IR, UV, 1HNMR, Elemental Analysis and Thermal Analysis, and ketonic form in solid state, There is inter molecular hydrogen bond in BTB, They are enolic form in pyridine solution, and there is also intermolecular hydrogen bond. |
