SiC_p/Al_2O_(3f) 混杂增强 2024Al 复合材料摩擦磨损性能的研究

摘    要:研究了2024铝合金、SiCp/Al2O3f混杂增强2024Al复合材料与汽车刹车材料对磨时的摩擦磨损性能.借助扫描电镜对磨损形貌的观察,分析了材料的磨损机理.在本研究的试验条件下,2024铝合金的磨损极为严重,SiCp/Al2O3f混杂增强2024Al复合材料的耐磨性能良好.由于SiCp/Al2O3f混杂增强2024Al复合材料的密度较低,因而该材料在汽车工业中有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:A study is performed to examine the tribological properties and wear resistance of 2024 alloy and SiC p/Al 2O 3 hybrid reinforced 2024 alloy against automobile friction materials. The wear mechanism is analyzed by using SEM to examine the worn surface. Under the condition of this experiment the 2024 alloy has a very poor wear resistance, but the SiC p/Al 2O 3f hybrid reinforced 2024 alloy exhibits an excellent wear resistance. With its low density the composites have broad prospect in an automotive industry.
