摘    要:用TEA-CO2脉冲激光器诱发反应介质击穿产生等离子体,导致Fe(CO)5气相解离获得超微纯铁粉,检测表明,超微粉粒径的140A,质量很好,讨论了这一等离子体化学反应的特殊机理。

Abstract:Ferrous ultrafine powders have been obtained via laser plasma induced dissociation ofFe(CO)_5 using TEA-CO_2 pulsed laser.The electron diffraction pattern of the powders shows that it con-sists of pure polycrystalline Fe. TEM photograph of the powders reveals that their particle sizes are about140 and have good qu.ality. The special chemical reaction mechanism of IR laser plasma induced dis-sociation of Fe(CO)_5 is also discussed.
