| 摘 要： | 介绍一种适于金鱼受精过程超微结构研究的快速半薄切片定位方法。经Ｅｐｏｎ８１２包理的受精卵，切０．１５～０．５μｍ厚的切片，用甲苯胺兰Ｏ－派若宁Ｂ染液在酒精灯上烤染后镜检，整个过程在５ｍｉｎ内完成。用此方法可将受精后至第一次卵裂前各时期的精子头、卵子染色体及雌雄原核找到并可进一步用于超微结构研究。
