摘    要:在热轧实验轧机上进行了热轧实验,通过对轧后汽车板组织性能变化分析,得出了工艺参数对含钒高强度汽车板强度的影响和强化机理,从而为制定更合理的生产工艺和工业生产提供指导。

Abstract:The hot rolling experiment was carried out,and the relationship between mechanical property and parameter of rolling can be known to establish rational rolling schedule for manufactory.The results include that the strengthening mechanism of plates are fine-crystal strengthening and precipitation strengthening which is most important.Roiling temperature decides impact of precipitation strengthening.The yield strength of the plates could reach 470 MPa and tensile strength could reach 580 MPa when coiling temp...
