| 摘 要： | 文章用坐标平移与旋转方法，获得了曲线方程（a1x＋b1y＋c1）（a2x＋b2y＋c2）=1（a1^2＋b1^2）（a2^2＋b2^2）≠0 （1）在xoy平面上的完全定量几何特征．由其特征，我们可以方便地给出它们的具体方程表示的曲线的重要参数.
