摘    要:干酪乳杆菌HC12具有降低培养基中胆固醇的能力,通过单因子、正交试验对其培养条件和培养基进行了优化.在MRS培养基的基础上,培养基最佳配比为酵母粉2.0%,葡萄糖2.5%,胰蛋白胨1.5%,牛肉膏1.0%;最适的起始pH值为6.0,最适温度为28℃.优化后的培养基、培养条件使干酪乳杆菌HC12的生长量(OD值)达到了1.502,去除胆固醇的量达到54.3 ug/mL.

Abstract:Culture medium and conditions of Lactobacillus casei HC12 were optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiments.Baced on MRS medium,several compoments of MRS medium were optimized as follows: yeast extract powder 2%,glucose 2.5%,tryptone 1.5%,beef extract 1.0%.Its optimal culture conditions were as follows : initial pH 6.0;temperature of fermentation 28 ℃.The growth(OD value) of strain HC12 was up to 1.502,and the ability of cholesterol removal reached 54.3 ug/mL in the optimum culture medium and conditions.
