| 摘 要： | 以南方医科大学一年级300名大学生为研究对象,采用访问法和问卷调查法。对瑜伽在高校公共体育选项课的开展情况进行调查分析,发现学生的学习态度是良好的,但是师资力量的投入、课时数、场地设备等还有待改进,以探索瑜伽选项课的教学改革之路.促进教学的最优化.
