新型磷酸酯改性剂改性纳米碳酸钙及其在聚氯乙烯中的应用

摘    要:研究了温度,溶液pH值,新型磷酸酯改性剂(ADDP)溶液浓度等因素对ADDP改性纳米CaCO3的影响,比较了改性纳米CaCO3和未改性纳米CaCO3的粒径分布,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)中粘度及吸油量,并把改性纳米CaCO3应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,测定了PVC/CaCO3软塑料的力学性能和加工性能。

Abstract:A new kind of surfactant ADDP was used as surface modifier to modify the nano CaCO 3. The influence of temperature, time, the concentration of ADDP and pH etc. on the property of nano CaCO 3 has been investigated. The average dispersed diameter of CaCO 3, the viscosity of CaCO 3/DOP system and the oil absorption rate have been measured. The modified nano CaCO 3 had been used to fill into soft PVC. The processing and mechanical properties have been studied.
