摘 要: | 教学能力是胜任教学任务的主观条件,它包括激发学员求知热情的能力以及与学员建立和谐师生关系的能力。教员要牢固树立教学是第一学术责任的观念,从深入理解学科知识、提高讲授技能和掌握情感交流技巧等方面着力,提高教学能力。

Abstract: | caching competence, including the ability to inspire students' enthusiasm for knowledge and the ability to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship, is a prerequisite for oners qualifica- tions to undertake teaching tasks. Teachers are supposed to form the idea that teaching is the first ac- ademic accountability, and to improve their teaching competence by thoroughly understanding discipli- nary knowledge, increasing teaching skills and mastering emotional communication techniques. |
