碱熔锅非线性温度场及热应力分析

摘    要:
本文对高温设备——碱熔锅在稳定工况下的最主要的应力——热应力进行了分析计算。在高温下锅体材料铸铁呈现着非线性的物理、力学特性。作者根据资料数据和实验数据采用多项式逐步回归的方法,构成导热系数λ、热膨胀系数α与温度T的关系以及铸铁材料的本构方程,并用有限元法进行非线性稳态温度场的计算及材料非线性的应力计算。为改进碱熔锅的设计提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:
In this paper the steady state temperature and thermal stress distribution in alkali melting kattles are investigated. It is known that the material of the kattles has obvious non-linear physical and mechanical behaviour under high temperature. Based on the present experimental results and using regressive method, the authors give the relations of thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient to the temperature, and the stress-strain constitutive relation related to temperature. The non-linear thermal and stress distribution are calculated by finite element method. The results of the solutions appear to be useful to the design of the melters.
