摘    要:对“双导师制”的内涵及国外专业学位教育“双导师制”培养模式的特点进行了剖析,针对目前全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育中“双导师制”实施过程中存在的问题提出构建协同创新培养机制、开设校企合作课程,建立多维度的遴选与考核机制、组建导师团队、建立基于双导师制的教学质量监控机制等长效机制,是落实和深化“双导师制”培养模式的重要举措。

Abstract:We analyse the connotation of double tutors system of full - time master professional degree postgraduate education and the trainning mode characteristics of foreign professional de- gree education. According to the problems existing in the implementation of double tutors sys- tem, some important measures about implementation and deepening of the training mode are pro- posed, which mainly include constructing the cooperative innovation training system, offering u- niversity- industry courses, building multidimensional tutor selection and assessment mecha- nism, creating conditions for establishing supervisor group, setting up long -term mechanism of teaching quality monitoring based on double tutors sysem.
