| 摘 要： | 针对“电机与拖动”课程的特点,提出了改进课程教学方法的一些建议。论述了传统教学与多媒体教学;讨论式教学与讲解式教学;启发式教学与程式化教学;实践教学与理论教学;课堂教学与网络教学的相互关系,强调师资队伍建设是改进课程教学方法和提高教学质量的有力保障。

| Abstract: | Some suggestions were presented to improve the teaching methods of electrical ma- chines and drives according to its characteristics. Mutual relationships, such as traditional and multimedia teaching, discussing and explaining teaching, elicitation and stylized teaching, ex- periment and theoretical teaching, classroom and internet teaching, were discussed. It＇ s em- phasized that construction of teachers＂ team is the guarantee of improving teaching methods and promoting teaching quality. |
