| 摘 要： | 数字编码定义在管理信息系统中被广泛采用但不利于具体对象的记忆，造成操作员对管理信息系统使用的厌烦心理．提出一种双编码处理机制，既解决了实体对象的编码惟一性，又解决了编码枯燥、复杂的记忆问题，通过多个实例证明这种方法改善了人机数据交换方式，大大提高了系统的使用效率．

| Abstract: | Numerical coding has been widely used in MIS, but it is boring and complicated so that it is difficult for the operators to memorize the specific objects. This paper puts forward a dual coding system so as to make the object and be easy to memorize. Examples are used to illustrate that this system can improve the data exchange manner between human beings and computers and increase the efficiency greatly. |
